The Hitachi 5165165FTT6 is a 64M-bit dynamic RAM that is organized as 4,194,304-word × 16-bit. This RAM offers high performance and low power consumption thanks to the use of CMOS process technology. It features Extended Data Out (EDO) Page Mode for fast access. The 5165165FTT6 comes in two package variations: standard 50-pin plastic SOJ and standard 50-pin plastic TSOPII.
