Description
The 74LVTH162244MTX is a buffer/driver/transceiver electronic component model designed for memory and address driver, clock driver, or bus-oriented transmitter/receiver applications. It features 16 non-inverting buffers with 3-state outputs, allowing for individual 3-state control input that can be shorted together for 8-bit or 16-bit operation. The LVTH162244 data inputs include bushold, eliminating the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs. With equivalent series resistance of 25Ω in both the high and low output states, this model reduces line noise and makes external termination resistors unnecessary. It is functionally compatible with the 74 series 162244 and exceeds latch-up performance of 500 mA.
