The S-1170B28UC-OTNTFG is one of the voltage regulator models in the S-1170 series. It is a positive voltage regulator designed with low dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, and low current consumption features. The model is based on complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology, which makes it less affected by changes in temperature compared to other models.
