The Electronic Component Model 29F400TC-70 is a 4M-bit flash memory chip. It is designed with the ability to be programmed in-system without the need for 12.0 V VPP supply for write or erase operations. The device is compatible with JEDEC-standard commands and world-wide pinouts. It features a sector architecture which enables concurrent erasure of any combination of sectors, as well as full chip erase. The chip also has a boot code sector architecture, which makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.
