Description

The 25L4006EM2I-12G is a CMOS 4,194,304 bit serial Flash memory, also known as MX25L4005, which is configured as 524,288 x 8 internally. It features a serial peripheral interface and software protocol, enabling operation on a simple 3-wire bus. The device can be accessed through SPI with the CS# input. With a single power supply operation of 2.7 to 3.6 volts, it supports read, erase, and program operations. The MX25L4005 is latch-up protected to 100mA from -1V to Vcc +1V and has a low Vcc write inhibit from 1.5V to 2.5V.
