TS80C54/58X2 is a high-performance CMOS microcontroller with extended ROM/EPROM capacity and 256 bytes of internal RAM. It is compatible with the 80C51 and has features such as four 8-bit I/O ports, three 16-bit timer/counters, and dual data pointer. The microcontroller also includes on-chip ROM/EPROM, programmable clock out, and up/down timer/counter 2. It operates at a high-speed architecture of 40 MHz at 5V and 30 MHz at 3V, with X2 speed improvement capability. It has a low EMI design, power control modes, and offers various temperature ranges and package options.
