Description
The ZL40800 is a high performance laser driver designed specifically for driving two separate cathode grounded laser diodes. It contains a low-noise read channel with a current gain of 100, as well as three write channels with a current gain of 240. The driver also features an on-chip RF oscillator for reducing laser mode hopping noise. The ZL40800 offers higher tolerance performance compared to other models.
