The HIN202ECPZ is a member of the HIN202E family of RS-232 transmitters/receivers interface circuits that meets all EIA high-speed RS-232E and V.28 specifications. It features a redesigned transmitter circuit that provides improved data rate and slew rate, making it suitable for ISDN and high-speed modem applications. The HIN202ECPZ is particularly useful for applications where ±12V is not available.
