Description
The CY14B108N-BA45XI is a fast static RAM with nonvolatile element in each memory cell. It is organized as 512K x 16 bits or 1024K x 8 bits memory. The embedded nonvolatile elements have QuantumTrap technology. The device has infinite read and write cycles, and data transfers from the SRAM to the nonvolatile elements takes place automatically at power-down. It has a 45 ns access time and 3V single voltage operation. The device is available in 44-/54-pin thin small outline package (TSOP) Type II and 48-ball fine-pitch ball grid array (FBGA).
