Description
The HMC484MS8GETR is a GaAs PHEMT image rejection mixer chip with an integrated LO amplifier, that works as both an up and down converter. This chip has an on-chip 90° hybrid which offers excellent amplitude and phase balance with over 22 dB of image rejection. The LO amplifier is a single bias (+4V) two-stage design which requires only +2 dBm nominal drive, along with a small overall chip area of 2.31mm2.
