Description
The LTC4213CDDB#TR is an Electronic Circuit Breaker specialized IC. It is designed to sense the voltage across the drain and source terminals of an external N-channel MOSFET without the need for a sense resistor. This results in lower cost and reduced voltage and power loss in the switch path. The LTC4213CDDB#TR features an internal high-side driver to control the external MOSFET gate.
