Description

The TFDU6300-TT1 is a low-power infrared transceiver module compliant with the latest IrDA® physical layer standard for fast infrared data communication, supporting IrDA speeds up to 4 Mbit/s (FIR). It is integrated with a PIN photodiode, an infrared emitter (IRED), and a low-power CMOS control IC, providing a complete front-end solution in a single package.
