Description
The 29SL800CTXBI-90G is a memory electronic component manufactured on 0.32 µm process technology designed to be programmed and erased in-system with a single 1.8 volt VCC supply. It has a flexible sector architecture, which includes one 16 Kbyte, two 8 Kbyte, one 32 Kbyte, and fifteen 64 Kbyte sectors (byte mode), and one 8 Kword, two 4 Kword, one 16 Kword, and fifteen 32 Kword sectors (word mode). It supports full chip erase and uses a hardware method of locking a sector to prevent any program or erase operations within that sector. The device is compatible with JEDEC standards and provides a software and hardware method of detecting program or erase operation completion.
