Description

The RCLAMP0504P.TBT is an ultra low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) array designed to provide the highest level of protection to high-speed data interfaces against transient voltage and electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. This device is specifically designed to safeguard sensitive components connected to transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD, Cable Discharge Events (CDE), and Electrical Fast Transients (EFT). With low operating voltage and solid-state silicon-avalanche technology, the RCLAMP0504P.TBT offers reliable and superior protection in a small foot print for applications where board space is at a premium.
