Description
The MAX19995AETX+ is a dual-channel downconverter that is specially designed for diversity receiver applications. This mixer can provide up to 8.7dB of conversion gain with a low noise figure of 9.2dB, making it ideal for use in UMTS/WCDMA, LTE/WiMAX, and TD-SCDMA base stations, among other applications. The device features an LO frequency range of 1750MHz to 2700MHz, which is optimized for high-side LO injection architectures and supports low-side LO injection.
