Description
The P4SMA56A is a surface mounted transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode. It is optimized for LAN protection applications and ideal for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 1000-4-2 (IEC801-2) and electrical fast transient (EFT) protection of data lines in accordance with IEC1000-4-4 (IEC801-4).
