Description
The RA8815-T is a Dot-Matrix LCD Driver designed for electronic components. It supports both character and graphic mode and is equipped with a built-in 256Kbyte character ROM that includes Chinese, English, and ASCII fonts. With the embedded 528Byte display RAM, it can support LCD panels of up to 128x33 dots. The RA8815-T also features a scrolling buffer memory for convenient scrolling functions, including up, down, left, and right scrolling, all executed by hardware.
