Description
The A1104LLHLT-T is a hall effect digital sensor, specifically designed to replace the popular Allegro 312x and 314x lines of unipolar switches. Produced with BiCMOS technology, this sensor offers fast power-on time and low-noise operation. It features unique Hall element geometries and low offset amplifiers to minimize noise and reduce residual offset voltage. The A1104LLHLT-T is programmed after packaging to ensure increased switchpoint accuracy by eliminating offsets induced by package stress and temperature excursions.
