Description
The US1205CLTR is an efficient linear voltage regulator designed for handheld, battery-powered applications. It features an initial voltage accuracy of better than 1%, very low dropout voltage, and low ground current. The device is available in fixed and adjustable output voltage versions and comes in a small SOT23-5 package. It also includes TTL compatible enable/shutdown control input, current limiting, and thermal shutdown.
