Description
The EPI0603B-5R6M-Z01 is a low-voltage, CMOS analog multiplexer designed for various applications. It offers low on-resistance (100 Ohm max.) which remains flat over the specified signal range (10 Ohm max). The device also has low leakage over temperature and fast switching speeds. The EPI0603B-5R6M-Z01 is available in two models: the PS396, a 16-channel device, and the PS397, a dual 8-channel device.

- TTL/CMOS Logic Compatible (w/ +5V or –5V supplies)
- Fast Switching Speed: tTRANS <250ns
- Break-Before-Make action eliminates momentary crosstalk
