The uP6272AQAF is a compact three-phase synchronous-rectified Buck controller specifically designed for high power applications. It is capable of delivering up to 90A output current and supports 12V + 12V driving capability. With its built-in bootstrap diode, the circuit design is simplified and external part count and PCB space are reduced.
