ISSIs 128Mb Mobile Synchronous DRAM is a high-speed data transfer component with a pipeline architecture. It operates based on the rising edge of the clock input. The SDRAM supports burst-oriented read and write accesses. With its focus on minimizing current consumption, this component is ideal for low-power applications. It is available in both TSOP and BGA packages, including industrial-grade options.
