The AB8500F is a model of electronic component, specifically a IC chip, used in various electronic devices. It is a nonvolatile SRAM, with a capacity of 65,536-bits, organized as 8192 words by 8 bits. The AB8500F features a self-contained lithium energy source and control circuitry which constantly monitors VCC for any out-of-tolerance condition.
