    The CD4076BE is a CMOS dual 4-input NAND gate electronic component from Texas Instruments. It consists of two independent gates, with each gate composed of a Schmitt NAND gate, a totem-pole CMOS buffer and four CMOS buffers and NAND gates. With its selectable thresholds and hysteresis characteristic, the Schmitt NAND gate provides a stable digital output even with input noise and power supply noise. Additionally, the CMOS buffer provides a high-speed response for TTL applications, with protection diodes included to prevent latch-up failure.
