Description
The GMS81C1404 and GMS81C1408 are advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontrollers with 4K/8K bytes of ROM. They provide a highly flexible and cost-effective solution for small applications such as battery charger controllers. These microcontrollers have standard features including ROM, RAM, timer/counter, A/D converter, PWM output, serial communication port, on-chip oscillator, and power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
