Description
The MT48LC2M32B2TG-6IT is a 64Mb Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM) chip that operates at a high speed with a PC100 functionality. It consists of 67,108,864 bits, internally configured as a quad-bank DRAM that uses a synchronous interface. This memory IC comprises of 16,777,216-bit banks that are organized as 2,048 rows, 256 columns and 32 bits, and all signals are registered on the positive edge of the clock signal, CLK.
