Description
The K2200SRP is a silicon bilateral voltage triggered switch, also known as a SIDAC. It is designed to switch on through a negative resistance region to a low on-state voltage when a voltage exceeding the SIDAC breakover voltage point is applied. This conduction continues until the current is interrupted or drops below the minimum holding current of the device. The SIDACs are equipped with glass-passivated junctions, ensuring a rugged and dependable device capable of withstanding harsh environments.Specifications and features
