Description
ULN2003ANSRG4 is a high voltage, high current Darlington tube array drive circuit known for its use in driving relays, electric hammers, lighting equipment, and LED display systems. It contains seven groups of NPN Darlington tubes, whose emitters are connected together to provide open collector outputs.

- The maximum sink current of a single channel can reach 500mA.
- Continuous output high voltage can be up to 50V.
- Under 5V working conditions, the output can be directly connected by TTL and CMOS.
- Integrated clamping diode at output.
