Description
The RT9818B-25PU3 is a micro-power voltage detector designed for supervising the power supply voltage level in microprocessors (µP) or digital systems. It features an internally fixed threshold level ranging from 1.5V to 5V in 0.1V steps, making it suitable for a variety of digital applications. With a low supply current of 2.5µA, this voltage detector is energy-efficient.
