Description
The PA46002-2030 is a high power monolithic MOSFET operational amplifier. It offers exceptional performance levels that are typically unavailable in many hybrid amplifier designs. This amplifier provides protection for inputs against excessive common mode and differential mode voltages, as well as static discharge. It also has a safe operating area (SOA) with no second breakdown limitations. An appropriate current limiting resistor can be selected to observe the SOA with all types of loads.Specifications and features
