AZC099-04S.R7GW is a high performance and low-cost electronic component model that falls under the product category of IC Chips. It is designed to provide surge protection for high-speed data interfaces and protect sensitive components from over-voltage caused by Electrostatic Discharging (ESD), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT), and Lightning. The unique design of AZC099-04S.R7GW includes surge-rated, low capacitance steering diodes and a clamping cell to direct transient conditions to either the power supply line or the ground line, preventing over-voltage on the power line and protecting downstream components. This model meets the ESD immunity requirements of IEC 61000-4-2, Level 4 (±15kV air, ±8kV contact discharge).
