The VS489CPD is a voltage detector IC from the RN5VS Series. It is designed for accurate voltage detection and has an ultra-low supply current. It is commonly used for system reset in various applications. The IC consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for voltage detection, an output driver, and a hysteresis circuit. It offers high accuracy detector threshold and can be operated at a low voltage. The VS489CPD is available in two output types: Nch open drain and CMOS. It comes in an SOT-23-5 package, allowing for high-density mounting on circuit boards.
