Description
The Microchip Technology Inc. 24AA02E48/24AA025E48/24AA02E64/24AA025E64 is a 2 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM. It has a 2-wire serial interface and is organized as two blocks of 128 x 8-bit memory. This electronic component model has a low-voltage design which allows for operation down to 1.7V and has maximum standby currents of only 1 µA for I-Temp and 5 µA for E-Temp. It also has a maximum active current of 1 mA. The 24AA02XEXX is available in 8-pin SOIC, 5-lead SOT-23, and 6-lead SOT-23 packages.
