The CT1745A is a high-speed CMOS IC chip specifically designed to meet the radiation requirements of the aerospace industry. Specifications and features
The CT1745A operates at a voltage range of 2 to 6 V and has a high-speed TPD of 4.5 ns (typical). It has a low DC power dissipation of maximum 8 µA and symmetrical 24 mA output characteristics. With high noise immunity (28% of min. VCC), power-down input protection, and balanced propagation delays, this IC chip ensures reliable performance. It also offers improved electrical latch-up immunity, controlled rise and fall times, and can operate in temperature ranging from -55 to 150 °C. The CT1745A is rad-hard, with a total ionizing dose (TID) of 300 kRad at any Mil1019 dose rates and is immune to SEL from 110 MeV/cm²/mg LET ions. It is RHA QML-V qualified, with the same die and electrical specification for engineering and flight models.
