Description
The MIC4425YM is a highly reliable BiCMOS DMOS buffer/driver/MOSFET driver belonging to the Gate Drivers category of electronic components. It is an improved version of the MIC426/427/428 and a higher output current version of the MIC4426/4427/4428. It is a pin-compatible alternate of the MIC4423/4424 drivers and is designed to perform well in demanding electrical environments.
