The MBRF20100CTG is a Schottky Barrier Diode, commonly known as SBD, made by ON Semiconductor. It is a state-of-the-art device that uses the Schottky Barrier principle with a platinum barrier metal. Its package is designed for power surface mount applications, and it has a center-tap configuration and guardring for stress protection.
