Description
The RK2067B is a smart driver that implements a control scheme specific to secondary-side synchronous rectification in LLC resonant converters. It is designed to be used with a transformer that has a center-tap secondary winding for full-wave rectification. The driver provides two high-current gate-drive outputs, each capable of driving one or more N-channel Power MOSFETs. It features separate control for each gate driver and an interlocking logic circuit to prevent simultaneous conduction of the synchronous rectifier MOSFETs.
