Description
The EN25QH128-104FIP is a 16-Megabit (2048K-byte) Serial Flash memory, designed with advanced write protection mechanisms. It supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and provides high-performance Dual/Quad output as well as Dual/Quad I/O using SPI pins. Clock frequencies of up to 80MHz are supported, allowing for fast read instructions. It features a single power supply operation with a voltage range of 2.7-3.6 volts and has a low power consumption of 12mA typical in active mode and 1μA typical in power down mode. The memory can be programmed 1 to 256 bytes at a time using the Page Program instruction.
