Description
AP1122EL is a linear voltage regulator that operates with a low dropout voltage and has the ability to provide a fixed-mode output. It is designed to provide well-regulated supply for low voltage IC applications, including high-speed bus termination and low current 1.2V logic supply. AP1122EL is guaranteed to have a lower than 1.3V dropout at full load current, making it ideal for providing well-regulated outputs of 1.2 output voltage with a 2.5V input voltage supply. It has a maximum output current capability of 1A, making it suitable for various applications such as VGA cards.
