Description
The CD74HCT365M is a buffer/driver/transceiver electronic component model, belonging to the Harris octal transparent latch product family. These latches feature low power consumption and the ability to drive 15 LSTTL devices, as well as common latch enable and three-state output enable controls, buffered inputs, and bus line driving capacity. The model is functionally and pin compatible with the standard 74LS373 and 74LS573 and is designed with silicon gate CMOS technology. The typical propagation delay for this model is 12ns at VCC= 5V, CL= 15pF, TA= 25°C (data to output for HC373).
