Description
The VND5E025ASTR-E is a double channel highside driver manufactured using the ST proprietary VIPower M0-5 technology. It is designed primarily for use as a power distribution switch in automotive grounded loads requiring protection and diagnostics. The device has an easy 3V and 5V CMOS compatible interface with any microcontroller. It comes in a tiny PowerSSO-24 package.
