Description
The XC6401FF43DKR is a highly accurate, low noise, CMOS LDO voltage regulator that is part of the XC6401 series. The series features low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout, and fast turn-on times. The XC6401FF43DKR includes a reference voltage source, error amplifiers, driver transistors, current limiters, and phase compensators internally. The current limiters foldback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter. The output voltage for each regulator is set independently by laser trimming. The XC6401 series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability.
