Description
The Electronic Component Model E07SL is a serial input Phase Locked Loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer with a 2.5GHz prescaler. It is designed with the latest Fujitsu BiCMOS process, resulting in a typical supply current of 3.5mA at 2.7V. The prescaler has a selectable dual modulus division ratio of 32/33 or 64/65, enabling pulse swallow operation. The refined charge pump design supplies a well-balanced output current of 1.5mA or 6mA, enhancing phase and spurious noise performance. The operating supply voltage range is between 2.4V and 3.6V, supporting power-sensitive applications.

- On-chip phase control for phase comparator
