Description
The 74LVTH16245ADL is a buffer/driver/transceiver electronic component model. It contains sixteen non-inverting bidirectional buffers with 3-STATE outputs, making it ideal for bus-oriented applications. The device is byte controlled, with separate control inputs for each byte that can be shorted together for full 16-bit operation. The direction of data flow is determined by the T/R inputs, and the OE inputs disable both the A and B ports, placing them in a high impedance state. The LVTH16245 data inputs include bushold, eliminating the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs. This electronic component is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but can also provide a TTL interface to a 5V environment. It is fabricated with advanced BiCMOS technology, allowing for high-speed operation and low power dissipation.
