The DW8716-UQMHHT is a high-speed CMOS PSRAM IC chip that offers a high-density solution for low-power handheld applications. It is a 64 Mbit (67,108,864 bit) PSRAM organized as 4,194,304 words by 16 bits. It utilizes a one transistor-per-cell topology to achieve larger array sizes. The DW8716-UQMHHT operates with a supply voltage range of 1.7 to 1.95V.
