Description
The RX3650 is a series of ultra-low-noise, low dropout (LDO) linear regulators specifically designed for electronic component applications. These regulators have a high output voltage accuracy of 2.0% and achieve a low 440mV dropout at a load current of 600mA with a 4.5V output. They are available in voltages ranging from 3.2V to 4.5V with 0.1V per step, and custom voltage options are also available upon request. The RX3650 regulators are optimized to work with low-ESR and low-cost ceramic capacitors, reducing the board space required in hand-held devices. They require only a 2.2μF output capacitor for stability with any load and consume less than 1μA in shutdown mode. These regulators also come with built-in thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection for secure operation. They are available in SOT-23, SOT-25, and SOT-89 packages.
