Description

The HT7036-SOT23 is a three-terminal low power voltage detector that falls under the HT70XX series. It is implemented using CMOS technology and is designed to detect a fixed voltage ranging from 2.2V to 7V. Along with a high-precision and low power consumption standard voltage source, the voltage detector also consists of a comparator, hysteresis circuit, and an output driver. While primarily used as fixed voltage detectors, these devices can also be utilized with external components for detecting user-specified threshold voltages (NMOS open drain type only).
