The R1161D301D-TR is a CMOS-based voltage regulator IC with high output voltage accuracy, low supply current, and low ON-resistance. It consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistors for setting the output voltage, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit. This IC performs with low dropout voltage and a chip enable function, and features three modes: standby mode with CE or standby control pin, Fast Transient Mode (FT mode), and Low Power Mode (LP mode). It offers ultra-low supply current, low dropout voltage, high ripple rejection, excellent line regulation, and high output voltage accuracy. The R1161D301D-TR is suitable for precision voltage references and can be used as a power source for electrical appliances such as cameras, VCRs, and hand-held communication equipment.
