Description
The LT1054IP is a monolithic, bipolar, switched-capacitor voltage converter and regulator. It provides higher output current than previously available converters with significantly lower voltage losses. The LT1054IP has an adaptive switch driver scheme that optimizes efficiency over a wide range of output currents. It typically holds a total voltage loss of 1.1V at 100mA output current, which is consistent over the full supply voltage range of 3.5V to 15V. Also, it has a typical quiescent current of 2.5mA.
