Description
The AT45DB021E-MHN-Y is a Flash Memory model suitable for in-system reprogramming. With a 2.7-volt supply, it has a serial interface architecture for sequential data access. The memory capacity of 2,162,688 bits is formatted into 1024 pages of 264-bytes each. Two SRAM data buffers are included in the design for receiving data during non-volatile memory reprogramming. The DataFlash provides a fast page programming time of 7 ms typical and a page-to-buffer transfer time of 120 µs typical.
